They randomly dropped my insurance (not related to driving record or payment) and never notified me. The auto loan company then took up the insurance for my entire deployment, leaving me in massive arrears. When I called the representative he was entirely dismissive to the whole occurrence, and then tried to put me back on a State Farm plan. No thanks State Farm."

"Done with State Farm, we have a claim on our roof from wind damage, first they want us to piece the roof together instead of replacing then they send a check payable to us and our Mortgage Company, so you have to send the check to the mortgage company and hope it doesn't get lost in the process and then they have to send back to you so you can pay roofers. My point is I pay my mortgage and I pay my insurance so what does the mortgage company have to do with my roof.
We have been customers for 30 years but this is how you treat your customers."
